What is CCO
The CCO™ Faith Study Series has been designed in order to proclaim the Gospel, equip the faithful and commission them to become missionary disciples.
What happens at a CCO session?
When you arrive for Discovery you’ll be welcomed by your faith study leader. The leader will begin by asking how everyone is doing, they might pray to open the session, and then the next hour will be spent going through the lesson in the participant book which is set up in an interactive discussion-based format.
Can I drop in for a Discovery faith study? What happens if I miss a session?
If you’re unsure of whether you’d like to join CCO you’re welcome to check out the first session before we send you the participant book. We do encourage participants to commit to the 6 weeks as the sessions build on one another. That said, if you have to miss a session, speak to your group leader; they are often able to schedule a make-up session with you at another time during the week.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! We’d love to have your friend join us for Discovery. Please have them register so we know to place them in a group.
